Membership?
We’re excited to share significant updates to Civitai’s Membership model, designed with our community’s growth and sustainability in mind!
Moving away from our original $5 supporter tier (which still exists, see below), we’re introducing a new tiered membership system: Free, Bronze ($10), Silver ($25), and Gold ($50).
Our goal with these changes is not just to sustain Civitai’s growth but to enhance the value we deliver to you, Civitans, across all interaction points with the platform. Whether you’re just starting out or you’re a seasoned creator, our new tiers are designed to offer more tailored resources, exciting new features (Civitai Vault, Civitai Link), and community access to support your creative journey.
A note on the Free tier! There’s absolutely no requirement to buy a Civitai Membership, and everything that’s currently possible on the Free tier will still be possible after the new Memberships are implemented. You’ll still be able to upload resources, download resources, earn buzz, train LoRAs, and generate images – all the on-site actions you’re currently using will remain available.
What are the Benefits?
The new Civitai’s Membership model forms four Membership Tiers; Free, Bronze, Silver, and Gold – each with their own fantastic rewards, benefits, and perks.
The following table explores the benefits in more detail;

| Buzz Per Month | Buzz per month is the amount of Buzz the tier will grant you, in a lump-sum payment, at the beginning of each period. |
| Bonus Buzz on Purchases | Each tier has a “bonus buzz multiplier” which increases the amount of buzz you receive, if you buy extra buzz. Higher tiers receive more bonus Buzz. |
| Rewards give n% more Buzz | When collecting Buzz from on-site actions; reacting to images, collecting images, posting new content, higher tiers will receive more Buzz, up to 300% at the Gold tier. |
| Images per Job | The number of images which can be created concurrently, in the on-site Image Generator. |
| Queued Jobs | The number of jobs (batches of images) which can be queued concurrently, in the on-site Image Generator. |
| Civitai Vault Storage | The storage allowance, in gigabytes, for Civitai Vault. |
| Supporter Badge | The type of Supporter Badge delivered each month; static, or animated. |
| Access to Civitai Link | Whether the Tier grants access to the new Civitai Link application. |
| Exclusive Discord Channels | Whether the Tier grants access to Exclusive Discord Channels. |
| Early Access Content | Whether the Tier grants access to Beta/Early Access resources. |
| Early Access to New Features | Whether the Tier grants access to Beta/Early Access features. |
FAQ
- Can I upgrade my current subscription?
Yes! From the Membership page, you can upgrade, or downgrade, your current Tier. When downgrading, you’ll be presented with a feedback box.
- I’m a current Subscriber! What’s my Membership status now?
If you’re a current Member on the $5 Tier, you’ll be “grandfathered” into the new Tier system and receive the same benefits you’ve enjoyed previously, plus a 5% Buzz Purchase and Reward multiplier
Current Supporters on the $5 tier will receive a 50% discount of any Tier for the first month of their new membership, and will receive a unique “Grandfather” Profile Badge if choosing to upgrade.

If you’d like to Manage your Membership, head to your Account Settings from the Profile Picture Menu in the top right of the screen, and scroll down to the Membership section;
