Due to recent changes from Gift Cards vendors, we are now only offering Civitai.com “Yellow” Memberships via Gift Cards, and cryptocurrency payment methods.
Users wishing to purchase a Membership for use on Civitai.green – our PG/PG-13 only site – can do so directly with full credit card options.

How to Purchase a Membership with Gift Cards
The following steps walk you through making a purchase.
Choose Your Desired Product
Select the Membership package you’d like to purchase – We currently offer a range of time periods across the Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers.

Proceed to Checkout
You’ll be directed to the Coinbase Commerce wizard.

If you’re completely new to crypto, we recommend checking out the Coinbase Crypto Basics guides.
We are not able to assist with setting up or troubleshooting your Coinbase account. If you run into issues during account creation or verification, please reach out directly to Coinbase Support for help.

Receive Your Digital Code
Once your transaction has settled – and this can take quite some time depending on the type of crypto you paid with – you will receive an on-site Notification, and your new Gift Code will appear in the Purchased Codes section of the Buzz Dashboard – https://civitai.com/user/buzz-dashboard
You can choose to apply it to your account immediately from the blue button, or keep it for later.

Some crypto types are extremely fast to “settle” – we recommend paying with USDC on the Base network for the quickest, lowest-fee experience.

FAQ
Q: What happens if I apply multiple prepaid Memberships to my account?
A: They stack! If you already have an active Membership (annual or prepaid) and purchase additional months at the same tier, they’ll be added to the end of your current Membership period.
Note: You won’t receive any Buzz when activating another Membership while one is already active. If you need Buzz immediately, consider purchasing a one-time Gift Card instead.
Q: What happens if I have an existing Membership, but also apply a higher tier?
A: Upgrades are immediate. Your renewal date will update, and the higher-tier Membership will take priority over your existing one.
For example, if you activated 12 months of Silver, used it for 2 months, and then redeemed a 3-month Gold Membership, you’ll immediately receive Gold benefits. The remaining Silver time for the current month will be pro-rated.
After your 3 months of Gold ends, your account will automatically drop back to Silver for the remaining 10 months (plus any pro-rated days).
Q: What happens if I have an existing prepaid Membership, but also apply a lower tier?
A: Downgrades are not immediate.
For instance, if you purchased 12 months of Silver and then added 3 months of Bronze, your Silver Membership will remain active until it expires. After that, the Bronze Membership will begin.
Q: How many prepaid Memberships can I stack?
A: You can stack up to 24 months (2 years) of prepaid Memberships on a single account, across any tier.
Q: I’ve purchased and activated a number of prepaid Memberships – how do I see when each tier ends and what my stack looks like?
A: Visit your Membership Management page. If you’ve stacked multiple Memberships, you’ll see a chart showing how long you have left at each tier and when each one begins or ends.

Q: Are there fees?
A: Not on the Civitai end. However, taxes apply, and vendors do charge a processing fee depending on the product and payment method selected.
Q: Do Gift Card Codes Expire?
A: No, there is no expiration on Gift Card Codes.
Q: Do I have to redeem the code myself, or can I gift it to someone else?
A: Codes can be redeemed by anyone with a Civitai account, so feel free to pass them along.
Q: Can I use multiple gift codes on one account?
A: You can redeem as many codes as you like.
Q: Can I get a refund on my gift card?
A: Gift card purchases are non-refundable, so make sure you’re happy with your selection before checking out.
Q: I have an issue with a Coinbase purchase!
